Gostanian Law Group, PC, is proud to announce that Justin Kincheloe has joined our team. Mr. Kincheloe brings a broad range of legal experience, including in estate planning and probate litigation.
Mr. Kincheloe is a graduate of Western State University College of Law, where he served as Marketing Editor for the Western State University Law Review. He graduated in 2009 in the top 25 percent of his class and was admitted to the California Bar that same year.
Since then, Mr. Kincheloe has practiced in general civil litigation, probate litigation, estate planning, personal injury and bankruptcy. He is a member of the Banyard Inn of Court, a professional organization of attorneys and judges dedicated to teaching and upholding legal skill, ethics and professionalism. Attorney Kincheloe was also recently honored as a 2023 Super Lawyers Rising Star for trust and probate litigation.
When he isn’t working, Mr. Kincheloe loves spending time with his wife and friends exploring Los Angeles and Orange County. He enjoys attending concerts and sporting events, as well as cooking.
