For the second time in two years, Michelle C. Bartolic, Esq. – partner since 2021 – has received recognition as a SuperLawyers Rising Star. Currently, she exclusively practices in litigated and contested matters.
An accomplished background
Michelle started practicing trust and estate litigation in 2013. Skilled in all areas of probate, she places her focus on estate litigation, taking on all aspects of cases, from trust litigation to elder abuse-related matters. Michelle provides comprehensive advocacy from the initial intake to the final verdicts.
In 2007, the alum of San Diego State University graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, focusing on International Relations. In 2012, she received her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Additional collegiate accomplishments included the Dean’s Honor Roll, American Jurisprudence Awards, and CALI Awards for Excellence in Constitutional Law, International Business Transactions, and Legal Analysis.
Michelle is licensed to appear in all California courts, the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California. In addition, she litigated before the California Court of Appeal for the 4th District.
Away from her practice of law, Michelle enjoys the great outdoors as an avid hiker and climber.
