Cassidy L. Russell, Planning and Administration Senior Associate
Ms. Russell earned her Juris Doctor from Dale E. Fowler School of Law - Chapman University in 2014 where she received CALI Excellence for the Future awards for Client Interviewing and Counseling. She was admitted to The State Bar of California in 2014. She has practiced in the trusts and estates field since 2016, including estate planning, trust and probate administration, and conservatorships. She is a member of both The State Bar of California and the Orange County Bar Association.
In her practice, Ms. Russell enjoys working with families and developing creative estate plans to meet their individual needs. She has significant experience representing clients with special needs beneficiaries and protecting those beneficiaries as well as their benefits.
Ms. Russell developed a passion for helping victims of domestic violence as a student with the Bette and Wylie Aitken Family Violence Clinic and continues to help victims by volunteering on the board of the Women and Children's Crisis Shelter of Whittier.
Prior to law school, Ms. Russell earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, with an emphasis in criminology, from California State Polytechnic University Pomona graduating cum laude.
Outside of the office, Ms. Russell enjoys horseback riding, woodworking, and spending time with her high school sweetheart and now husband Matthew, her family, and their dog Lily.
